Tom has worked in some of the best kitchens in the country and won an Acorn Award in 2018. With 13 years of experience Tom will be opening his own Restaurant in the near future in Bore Street Lichfield.

  Recently leaving his Head Chef post at  Restaurant Adam’s, he held 3 AA Rosettes and retained 1 Michelin Star for over 2 years. Tom is currently bringing culinary delights to the home with his seasonal Dine at home menu.

Having worked as Development  Chef at Restaurant Sat Bains,  2 Michelin Star, 5 AA Rosettes  “The Nucleus” and working for Michael Wignall at  2 Michelin Star, 5 AA Rosettes “The Latymer” . Tom  worked at The Samling as Sous Chef where he and the team won the Restaurants first Michelin star in 2013
