Simon Martin – Mana – 11th February 2020

Chef-Patron Simon Martin returned to England to open Mana, after spending two years working at the legendary 2 Michelin Star Noma in Copenhagen.

Mana progressed from an idea to a reality, an informal dining experience, serving a multiple course menu in quick succession, to showcase the best of our islands produce, at any given time of the year.

Mana was awarded a Michelin Star in the 2020 Guide, and being Manchester 1^st Michelin starred restaurant since 1977
