Here at the Forest Side we have a passion for fresh, local and sustainable ingredients, we have a dedicated team who have developed, knowledge and skill sets over the years to enable us to forage as must of our produce as we can throughout the seasons.

Our Teams, from kitchen, restaurant to managment frequently take trips together to forage for ingredients for the menus and drinks offerings.

Being in the stunning Lake district with the endless fells, forests and lakes, it is a true larder which we love to utilise and create a unique offering in the property.
