Oli Martin – Hipping Hall
Oli Martin, originally from Lytham, has worked at the likes of Northcote, Blackburn and the Gilpin Hotel, Crook, as well as in France and as far afield as Sydney, Australia.
Oli started his journey at Hipping hall as sous chef, soon after taking the reins of Head Chef in 2014. In a Short space of time, he transformed the food offering at Hipping hall and really made the menus his own. Within 3 months of become head chef he achieved 3 Rosettes. In 2019 Oli and his team were awarded 4 Rosettes.
In 2018 Oli appeared on MasterChef, making it to the final as a runner up, but also will be appearing on the tele on the 30th December for MasterChef the Professionals – Festive Knockout
