Kevin Tickle provides foreword and recipes for new cook book

Set for release on March the 30th, The Lakes and Cumbria Cook Book features over 30 recipes, capturing a little slice of the region’s vibrant food and drink scene, as well as celebrating some of the region’s best independent restaurants, cafés, local suppliers and producers.

Alongside that, in Forest Side’s dedicated chapter, Kevin shares a little of his love for the area and several of his exclusive recipes, including lemon sole with mussels and beef brisket with mushroom broth. Other wonderful contributors include Hawkshead Relish, Cartmel Cheeses, Shed Gin and The Porterage; an independent wine merchant, whose experts have carefully selected a tipple to complement many recipes in the book.
