We are delighted to announce that on the 2nd February 2025 Forest Side will be hosting a collaboration Chef’s Dinner with the renowned Chef Adam Smith.
The evening will be a collaboration Menu with both Paul and Adam at the helm in Forest Side’s Kitchen.
Adam and Paul will serve a stunning six course menu as well as snacks and bread course.
We are delighted to welcome Adam for the evening who is currently Executive Head Chef of the stunning Coworth Park hotel in Berkshire.
Adam currently holds One Michelin Star, 5 AA Rosettes and was last year’s Great British Menu Fish Course Winner, serving his course at the banquet at the British Ambassador’s Residence in Paris.
